Dear family and friends,

I believe in the true mercy of God. I believe in new beginnings for each and every human being on this planet. That’s how big the heart of our Lord really is. I believe, like flowers in a garden, that we have all been planted in a variety of shapes and colors and it’s time to sprout! We decide if we want to be watered. We get to choose if we want the light of the world to shine upon us or not. I’m standing here with my heart open and hands stretched out to to receive anything the Holy Spirit has for me. I’m choosing more of Jesus. I have this overwhelming desire to simply be with God, so I may sprout and touch all those around me with His love and light. Please partner with me!

The most inspiring Christmas story I witnessed at the Treasure House this past month was from my 2 youngest gems. One came to me, a little bummed that she did not receive the rollerblades she’d asked for. The other overheard and immediately spoke up saying, “That’s ok you can have mine. I love them, but I did not ask for them,” and placed a beautiful pair of new skates in her hands. What a kind, selfless act and what I hope and pray for especially at Christmas - that the heart of generosity would be expressed!

We would love to have you come and visit us at the Treasure House! Now that we’re settled into our new home, we have an established guest room and a nice neighborhood in which to get out and enjoy the sun. We’re only 3 hours from the beach, so we could easily take you there for a few days of rest and relaxation as well.

The majority of the girls will be out of school all of June, July, and August and we will be looking for extracurricular activities for them to take part in. If you are unable to come and visit, please consider supporting us financially so they can visit places like the zoo and museums. There are camps, Vacation Bible Schools and waterparks too that they would love to experience!

Prayer Requests

1) Pray the Lord would grant us wisdom - we need to hear the Holy Spirit’s voice!

2) In order to acept more girls into the home, we still need an additional increase of funds. Thank you so much to those who have already done this!
